Ticketing Process

  1. Create your ticket account

Sign in or create your ticket account on the MSG ticket website at universaloneness.org/tickets using the same email address you used when registering. If you need step-by-step help, see the ticket setup guide.

  2. Tickets appear on August 28

Due to technical difficulties, your mobile tickets will now appear in your account on Friday, August 28. Watch your inbox (including spam and promotions) for an email from us about your tickets.

  3. Family members with their own email

If any family member registered with their own email address, their ticket will go to that email. They should create their own ticket account at universaloneness.org/tickets with that email to access it.

  4. We're here to help

Our volunteers and staff will be on-site at the venue to help you with ticketing before you enter. If you have a question in advance, fill out our support form.

Before you arrive

Doors open at 1:30 PM. Please plan to have your afternoon meals before coming to the entrance gate, and come early to give yourself enough time for receiving a wristband after ID check, security screening, ticket scanning, and finding your seat.

Tickets & Entry

When will I receive my ticket?

Is seating assigned?

Do I need identification?

All adult attendees should carry a government-issued photo ID. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
